5th Class will visit Lough Boora Discovery Park in Co. Offaly on Wednesday 31st May. The bus will leave at 9am sharp and return around 2.30pm. The children will need to bring a packed lunch for the day as they will have a picnic. They can wear their tracksuit and should the weather be wet they should wear suitable gear. The cost of the tour is €15.

Our Hurling A Team have made it to the Cumann Na mBunscoil Finals on Thursday 25th May. They play The Rock at 4pm in O' Moore Park. Players from 6th, 5th and 4th class will be involved. Please support our boys. Entry Free for children and €4 for adults
3rd Class are performing a play about Christopher Columbus on Friday 26th May at 1.40pm. All Parents, siblings and grandparents are welcome to attend.
4th Class will be competing in a Basketball Tournament on Tuesday 16th of May in Portlaoise Leisure Centre. Buses be depart from the school at 9.30am and return to the school at 2.15pm. To cover the cost of entry into the tournament and the cost of the transport each child will be required to bring €6 into the school.
The Heath National School will be closed on Friday 19th May to facilitate In Service Training.
Today Wednesday 10th Rounders Games are Bob Vs Eoin and Eábha Vs Katie are matches today.
Both games will start at 12.55pm for today only and both games will finish at 1.30pm. This Friday the 12th of May 3rd class are participating in the National Spring Clean. The class will break into small groups and get out into the local area to do a spring clean.
Well done to our 4 5th class pupils who completed in the Cumann na mBunsol/INTO skills competitions on Tuesday. Huge congratulations to P.J. Larkin who was selected from all the 5th Class pupils in Laois to play in Croke Park this summer.

Communion takes place this Saturday in the Heath Church at 11am. We hope the boys and girls from boys and girls from 2nd class have a lovely day.
