On Friday 29th March sixth class will hold their annual bake sale which is to help them to be mindful of those less fortunate. Our chosen charity this year is Pieta House.

Blitzes will take place on Friday 5th April. Hurling training at big break on Tuesday for boys involved with our Cumann na Bunscol panel. Camogir Training at Big Break on Thuesday. Cumann na mBunscol starts on Tuesday 2nd April.
As part of Healthy Heroes, every Wednesday until Easter, children from 4th class will go into the Infant Class and speak to them about healthy lunches. They will also play games out on the yard with them.
Spikeball Training for our limerick Panels only take place after school today Tuesday and Wednesday. 2.45pm-3.45pm in the Heath GAA Hall.
The Spikeball Finals for our boys and mixed team take place on Thursday 21st March in University Limerick. The bus will leave at 8am sharp and will return by 6pm. Paddy Madden a school gardener will visit the school and speak to 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Class about gardening, social and environmental skills on Friday 21st March
The Parents Council are collecting clothes in aid of the School from Thursday 14th March to Wednesday 20th March in aid of the school and the Laura Lynn House.Items that can be put in the bags include Clothing, Paired Shoes, Handbags, Hats, Bags Scarves, Ties, Belts, Soft Toys and sheets.All bags of clothes can be dropped into the school on those dates.
Athletics Training takes place every Monday lunchtime for 3rd-6th Class. All are welcome
Our Debate Team in 6th Class will represent us in Ballyfin on Thursday 14th March. The bus will leave at 10.50am and return at 12pm.
To celebrate St Patricks' Day we have a Green Day on Thursday 14th March. All children can wear green clothing instead of their uniform. The cost is €2 per child.
