Computers starts back on Wednesday 11th December for 3rd-6th Class. The cost is €50 for 26 weeks. This can be paid between now and Easter. Contact the school if you do not want to child to take part in Computers
5th Class 9.20-9.50am, 9.50am-10.20am 4th Class 10.20-10.50, 11.20-11.50 3rd Class 11.50-12.20, 12.20-12.50 6th Class 1.20-2.00, 2.00-2.30 School Quiz will take place in January and February with a round of questions for every class. The quizzes will be divided between infants, 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th and 5th/6th. The quizzes are school, general knowledge and current news based with the aim of making the children more aware of what is occurring around them in the wider society.
Swimming will start back this year for all classes.
Term 1 Thursday 10th November to Thursday 15th December 1st-4th Class 1st/4th Class. Swimming 10.30am. Pick up 10am 2nd/3rd Class. Swimming 11.15am. Pick up 10.45am Term 2 Wednesday 11th January to 22nd February Junior Infants/6th Class 10.30am. Pick up 10am Senior Infants/5th Class 11.15am Pick up 10.45am Orla Larkin from the Lynam School of Irish Dancing will be working with each class in the school giving every child the opportunity to experience dance which is part of our P.E Curriculum
